To make a true impact on sustainable employability of employees: many organizations want it and yet it is complex. But, it doesn't have to be that way!​

Every process is different, but almost always consists of these steps:

1. Research into the current situation - using questionnaires, interviews and/or observation.

2. Advice based on the results.

3. Implement the advice.

4. Evaluation of the results

Then a new cycle can be started.

I only invest my time in organizations that want to truly invest in energy, time, resources and priority, with a sustainable character.
